Tesla Inc. is an automotive and energy company that designs, develops, manufactures, sells, and leases electric vehicles, energy generation, and storage systems, with a mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.

Successful Exits

Openwave Systems, Inc. (now a division of Enea) was a global software innovator, specializing in context-aware mediation and messaging solutions for communication service providers, with a focus on mobile data and IP traffic enhancement. HighTide Partners held stock of Openwave’s original company name: Software.com, and sold its position in 2002.

HTP Founded the Santa Maria Gold’s Gym Franchise. Owned, developed, and operated in Santa Maria with HighTide Partners oversight from 2005 to 2008, sold in 2008.

HighTide Real Estate was an Oregon brokerage firm supporting residential property transactions and new-build development in the central Oregon region. HighTide Real Estate was responsbile for over $8M in transaction value in under 14 months of actively brokering deal flow. HighTide Partners sold HighTide Real Estate in 2025.

HighTide Landscape (HTL) was voted Bend, Oregon’s top premier landscaping service in 2024. HTL was one of the largest hardscape design and installation companies in central Oregon, with a key focus on environmental conservation. HighTide Partners sold its position in HTL in 2024.

HTP has been connected to the Lucid team since inter-COVID supply chain challenges sparked many concerns for EV OEMs (especially startups). The Lucid leadership team has remained steadfast, with an objective of deliverying the top technology stack in the world for passenger eMobility. HTP is proud to have been a long time Lucid supporter, with an exit in 2023.
